9.3.3 該標準要求應保留作為經營檢視結果證據的書面資訊。

可能資料的整備：

組織應保留文件記錄，作為經營檢視結果的證據。這些記錄可以作為日後追溯、分析和改善的依據。因此組織應準備以下資料：

1.        包括檢視日期、參與人員、議題、決議、改善行動等的經營檢視報告。

2.        改善行動追蹤表： 追蹤經營檢視會議中決定的改善行動的進度。

3.        保留並提供會議記錄，包括對經營系統變更的決策等。

9.3 Management review

9.3.3 The standard requires that documented information as evidence of the results of management reviews shall be retained.

Organisation should keep documentary records as evidence of the results of the business review. These records can be used as a basis for future traceability, analysis and improvement. Therefore, the organization should prepare the following data:

1.        A management review report that includes the date of review, participants, issues, resolutions, improvement actions, etc.

2.        Tracking the progress of improvement actions decided in the management review meeting.

3.     Retain and provide the records of meetings, including decisions on changes to the management system, etc
