9. Performance evaluation績效評估

9.3 Management review經營檢視

9.3.1 The standard requires that an annual management review shall at least include

a) the status of actions from previous management reviews;

b) changes in external and internal issues that are relevant to the management system;

c) information on the organization’s performance, including trends in: nonconformities and corrective actions; monitoring and measurement results; audit results;

d) opportunities for continual improvement.

9.3.1 該標準要求年度管理檢視,至少應包括

a) 先前經營檢視的進行狀態,

b) 與經營系統相關的外部和內部問題的變化,

c) 有關組織績效的資訊,包括以下趨勢:不符合項和改正措施; 監測和衡量結果; 稽核結果,

d)  持續改進的機會。

可能資料的整備:

           組織每年應進行經營檢視,至少包括檢視過去一年中,針對經營檢視所提出的改善行動是否已完成、評估組織所處的外部環境(如法規、市場、氣候變化)和內部環境(如組織結構、人員變動)的變化,這些變化可能對經營系統產生影響、另外分析不符合項; 改正措施;監測與衡量結果;稽核結果等方面的趨勢分析。因此組織應準備以下資料

1.        歷次經營檢視報告: 包括檢視日期、參與人員、議題、決議等。

2.        改善行動追蹤表: 追蹤先前經營檢視中所決定的改善行動的進度。

3.        外部和內部環境分析報告: 分析過去一年中組織所面臨的外部和內部挑戰。

4.        績效指標數據趨勢: 包括不符合項數量趨勢、改正措施完成率、稽核結果等。

5.        基於經營檢視結果分析,找出組織可以持續改善的事項,並制定下一個年度的經營計畫。

9. Performance evaluation

9.3 Management review

9.3.1 The standard requires that an annual management review shall at least include

a) the status of actions from previous management reviews;

b) changes in external and internal issues that are relevant to the management system;

c) information on the organization’s performance, including trends in: nonconformities and corrective actions; monitoring and measurement results; audit results;

d) opportunities for continual improvement.

Preparation of possible information:

       The organization should conduct an annual management review, which includes at least reviewing whether the improvement actions proposed in the management review have been completed in the past year, and assessing the changes in the external environment (such as regulations, markets, climate change) and internal environment (such as organizational structure, personnel changes) which may have an impact on the management system. In addition, trend analysis of non-conformities, corrective actions, monitoring and measuring results, and audit results, etc. Therefore, the organization should prepare the following data:

1.        Previous management review reports: including review dates, participants, issues, resolutions, etc.

2.        Improving actions tracking Chart: Track the progress of improvement actions decided in previous management reviews.

3.        Analyze the external and internal challenges faced by the organization over the past year.

4.        Performance indicator data trend: including the trend of the number of non-conformities, the completion rate of corrective measures, audit results, etc.

5.         Based on the analysis of the results of the management review, the organization can be continuously improved by formulating a management plan for the next fiscal year.
