shall regularly monitor the working conditions at the work site, including but
not limited to safety facilities, labor intensity, working environment, etc.
Based on the monitoring results, the working conditions are adjusted in a
timely manner to ensure the safety and health of the staff and improve the work
efficiency. Therefore, the organization should prepare the following data:

Provide monitoring plan related
to working conditions, including: monitoring items, frequency, person in
charge, etc.
2.
Provide previous
monitoring records, such as safety inspection records, labor intensity
measurement data, working environment assessment reports, etc.
3. Provide evidence of improvement measures taken based on the results of monitoring, such as adding safety facilities, adjusting working hours, improving the working environment, etc.
4. Explain how the organization collects employees' opinions and suggestions on working conditions and what measures are taken to respond to them.
