9. Performance evaluation績效評估

9.1 Monitoring, measurement, analysis and evaluation監測、衡量、分析和評估

9.1.1 The monitoring of forest resources and evaluation of their management, including ecological, social and economic effects, shall be periodically performed, and results fed back into the planning process.

9.1.1 定期監測森林資源並評估其經營，包括:生態、社會和經濟影響，並將結果回饋到規劃過程中。

可能資料的整備：

       森林經營單位應定期對森林資源進行監測，以了解森林的健康狀況和變化趨勢。監測不僅僅是對森林資源的數量和質量的監測評估，還應包括森林經營對生態系統、社會和經濟的影響評估。監測評估的結果應作為調整森林經營計畫的重要依據。

因此組織應準備以下資料：

1.         提供森林監測計畫，包括監測項目、頻率、方法等。

2.         提供歷年的監測數據，如森林資源清查數據、生態指標數據等。

3.         提供對監測數據的分析和評估報告及摘要，包括:對森林健康狀況、經營活動對生態影響、社會經濟效益的評估。

4.         提供根據監測結果對森林經營計畫進行調整的紀錄。

9. Performance evaluation

9.1 Monitoring, measurement, analysis and evaluation

9.1.1 The monitoring of forest resources and evaluation of their management, including ecological, social and economic effects, shall be periodically performed, and results fed back into the planning process.

Preparation of possible information:

       Forest management units should regularly monitor forest resources to understand the health status and trends of forests. Monitoring is not only the monitoring and assessment of the quantity and quality of forest resources, but also includes the assessment of the ecosystem, social and economic impacts of forest management. The results of the monitoring and assessment should be used as an important basis for adjusting the forest management plan.

Therefore, organizations should prepare the following data:

1.         Provide a forest monitoring plan, including monitoring items, frequency, methodology, etc.

2.         Provide monitoring data over the years, such as forest resource inventory data, ecological indicator data, etc.

3.         Provide analysis and evaluation reports and summaries of monitoring data, including: assessment of forest health, ecological impact of business activities, and socio-economic benefits.

4.                    Provide a record of adjustments made to the forest management plan based on the results of monitoring.
