8.4.11 The infrastructure shall be planned and constructed in a way that
minimizes damage to ecosystems, especially to rare, sensitive or representative
ecosystems and genetic reserves, and that takes threatened or other key species-in
particular their migration patterns-into consideration.

Preparation of possible information:
When planning and building
infrastructure, damage to ecosystems, including soil, water, wildlife habitat,
etc., should be minimized. In particular, rare, sensitive or representative
ecosystems, as well as gene pools, should be protected. and consider the
survival needs of threatened or other keystone species, especially their
migration routes.
Therefore, organizations should prepare the following data:

Provide an
infrastructure plan diagram that illustrates the location, scope, and manner of
construction.
2. Provide environmental impact assessment/ecological assessment report to assess the potential impact of construction on the ecosystem. This includes the provision of survey reports on ecologically sensitive areas, such as rare, sensitive or representative ecosystems, gene pools and distribution ranges of important species, as well as avoidance measures taken to avoid or mitigate impacts on ecosystems, such as route changes, construction schedules, ecological auxiliary corridors, etc.
3. Where necessary, provide a plan for the restoration of the affected ecosystem.
