9.2 Internal audit內部稽核

9.2.1 Objectives

An internal audit programme at planned intervals shall provide information on whether the management system

a) conforms to the organization’s requirements for its management system; the requirements of the national sustainable forest management standard

b) is effectively implemented and maintained.

9.2.1 目標

計畫期間的內部稽核計畫應提供有關經營系統的資訊,以確保

a) 符合組織對其經營系統的要求;國家永續森林經營標準的要求;

b) 有效實施和維護。

可能資料的整備:

       組織需要按照既定計畫,定期對自身的森林經營系統進行全面審查。內部稽核重點在於評估經營系統是否符合組織內部制定的規範,以及是否符合國家所規定的永續森林經營標準。除了符合性評估,還需要評估經營系統的實施效果,確保系統能夠有效運作。因此組織應準備以下資料:

1.        提供內部稽核計畫,包括:稽核範圍、頻率、稽核員資格、稽核程序等。

2.        歷次內部稽核的記錄,包括:稽核發現、不符合項、糾正措施等。

3.        提供與經營系統相關的所有文件,如程序文件、記錄表格等備審。

4.        對稽核發現的不符合項所採取的糾正措施,以及措施的有效性評估。

5.        管理層對稽核結果的審查記錄,以及對經營系統的改進決策與措施。

9. Performance evaluation

9.2 Internal audit

9.2.1 Objectives

An internal audit programme at planned intervals shall provide information on whether the management system

a) conforms to the organization’s requirements for its management system; the requirements of the national sustainable forest management standard

b) is effectively implemented and maintained.

Preparation of possible information:

       Organization needs to conduct regular and comprehensive reviews of their forest management systems in accordance with established plans. The focus of the internal audit is to assess whether the management system is in line with the norms set by the organization internally, and whether it meets the sustainable forest management standards set by the state. In addition to the conformity assessment, it is also necessary to evaluate the implementation effect of the management system to ensure that the system can function effectively.

Therefore, the organization should prepare the following information:

1.        Provide an internal audit plan, including: audit scope, frequency, auditor qualifications, audit procedures, etc.

2.        Provide all documents related to the operating system, such as procedural documents, record forms, etc., for review.

3.        Provide records of previous internal audits, including: audit findings, non-conformities, corrective actions, etc.

4.        Corrective actions taken for non-conformities found in the audit, as well as an assessment of the effectiveness of the measures.

5.     Manager's review of audit results, as well as decisions and measures to improve the management system
