8.6維護或適當增強社會經濟功能和條件

8.6.2 Adequate public access to forests for the purpose of recreation shall be provided, taking into account respect for ownership rights, safety and the rights of others, the effects on forest resources and ecosystems, as well as compatibility with other functions of the forest.

8.6.2 應提供足夠的公共進入森林的途徑以供娛樂之用，同時考慮到尊重所有權、安全和他人權利、對森林資源和生態系統的影響，以及與森林其他功能的相容性。

可能資料的整備：

       在提供公共使用機會的同時，應兼顧森林所有者的權益、使用者安全、生態保護以及森林的其他功能。

因此組織應準備以下資料：

1.         提供公共使用的開放區域、使用規範、安全措施等。

2.         提供遊客管理計畫，說明如何管理遊客流量，減少對森林的負面影響。

3.         提供設施維護，確保公共設施的安全性。

4.         提供公共使用對森林環境的影響評估。

       While providing opportunities for public use, the rights and interests of forest owners, user safety, ecological protection and other functions of forests should be taken into account.

Therefore, organizations should prepare the following data:

1.         Provide open areas for public use, usage specifications, safety measures, etc.

2.         Provide a tourist management plan that explains how to manage tourist flow and reduce negative impacts on the forest.

3.         Provide facility maintenance to ensure the safety of public facilities.

4.     Provide an assessment of the impact of public use on the forest environment.
