關於FSC FM
的標準,其10項原則與70項準則,是屬全球性通用的。因此國、公、私有林經營者,在申請FSC FM驗證的預審或年審時,可以考慮以下資料來源的整備與其他因素,以備驗證。

Criterion 2.1. The Organization shall uphold the Principles and rights at work as defined in the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work (1998) based on the eight ILO Core Labour Conventions.

準則2.1. 組織應依循國際勞工組織1998年《國際勞工組織工作的基本原則與權利宣言》中8項核心勞工公約之原則與工作權利。

可能資料來源的整備:

  1. 組織人員能說明國際勞工組織 (ILO) 1998 年制定的《基本工作原則和權利宣言》中所定義基於八項 ILO 核心勞工公約」的原則和工作權利內容。
  2. 組織能提出文件,例如: 八項 ILO 核心勞工公約教育訓練紀錄等。
  3. 於現地訪視時,組織無發生違反八項 ILO 核心勞工公約內容的事實,例如:勞工的個人安全裝備(PPE)等。
  4. 組織對勞工工作權利的遵守情況,有監控機制,例如:定期進行員工訪談、監工人員進行內部監控記錄。

The 10 principles and 70 criteria of FSC FM Standard are universally applied. Therefore, when applying for the pre-audit or annual audit of FSC FM certification on national, public, and private forestlands, managers can consider preparing the following data sources and other factors for verification:

Criterion 2.1. The Organization shall uphold the Principles and rights at work as defined in the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work (1998) based on the eight ILO Core Labour Conventions.

Data Sources to be Prepared

1.        The organization is able to explain the principles and rights to work based on the eight ILO core labour conventions as defined in the Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work of the International Labour Organization (ILO) in 1998.

2.        Organization can provide documents, such as training records of the eight ILO core labor conventions.

3.        During the on-site visits, there were no violations of the eight ILO core labor conventions, e.g., labour wearing personal protection equipment.

4.        The organization has a monitoring mechanism for the compliance of workers with their right to work, such as regular employee interviews and internal monitoring records by supervisors.
