永續森林經營發生的二三事...FSC 森林經營準則的實務整備(C 2.2)From the Concepts of Sustainable Forest Management to Reality: Practical Steps for FSC Forest Management Criteria(C 2.2)

關於FSC FM的標準,其10項原則與70項準則,是屬全球性通用的。因此國、公、私有林經營者,在申請FSC FM驗證的預審或年審時,可以考慮以下資料來源的整備與其他因素,以備驗證。

Criterion 2.2. The Organization shall promote gender equality in employment practices, training opportunities, awarding of contracts, processes of engagement and management activities.

準則2.2. 組織應在人員訓練、培訓機會、合約簽訂、參與過程和管理活動中提升性別平等。

可能資料來源的整備:

1.        組織制定了促進性別平等的政策和機制程序,例如:性別平等政策、反對性騷擾政策、性騷擾處理機制等。

2.        組織能提供文件,例如:男女薪資結構表、性別平等教育訓練紀錄、勞工招聘公告等。

3.        人員能說明組織在就業實務、培訓機會、薪資契約授予、計畫參與過程和經營活動中促進性別平等。

The 10 principles and 70 criteria of FSC FM Standard are universally applied. Therefore, when applying for the pre-audit or annual audit of FSC FM certification on national, public, and private forestlands, managers can consider preparing the following data sources and other factors for verification:

Criterion 2.2. The Organization shall promote gender equality in employment practices, training opportunities, awarding of contracts, processes of engagement and management activities.

Data Sources to be Prepared

1.        The organization has developed policies and mechanisms to promote gender equality, such as gender equality policy, anti-sexual harassment policy, sexual harassment handling mechanism, etc.

2.        The organization can provide documents, such as payment structure by gender, gender equality training records, labor recruitment announcements, etc.

3.        The staff or labour in organization can demonstrate that the organization has promoted gender equality in employment practices, training opportunities, salary contract awards, participating management plan processes, and equal management activities participation.
