Standard are universally applied. Therefore, when applying for the pre-audit or
annual audit of FSC FM certification on national, public, and private
forestlands, managers can consider preparing the following data sources and
other factors for verification:

Data Sources to be Prepared
1.
The organization shall provide the contents
of the monitoring plan, including monitoring indicators, monitoring methods,
monitoring frequency, etc., as well as monitoring results and summaries.
2. Monitoring plan should include monitoring the impact of management activities on the environment, such as water quality, soil fertility, forest biodiversity, carbon sequestration, and high conservation value indicators; monitoring of social impacts, such as community, labor health and safety indicators; and monitoring the changes in environmental conditions, such as landslides, wind, and frost damage.
3. The organization regularly analyze and evaluate the monitoring results, and use them as a basis for adapting the next period of management activities.
