關於FSC FM的標準,其10項原則與70項準則,是屬全球性通用的。因此國、公、私有林經營者,在申請FSC FM驗證的預審或年審時,可以考慮以下資料來源的整備與其他因素,以備驗證。

Criterion 6.7. The Organization shall protect or restore natural watercourses, water bodies, riparian zones and their connectivity. The Organization shall avoid negative impacts on water quality and quantity and mitigate and remedy those that occur.

準則6.7. 組織應保護和復育天然水道、水體、濱水帶及其連結通道。組織應避免對水質和水量造成負面影響,並減緩與補救已造成之影響。 

一、可能資料來源的整備:

1.        組織提供相關文件,例如: 集水區、保安林、水源保護區的劃設等、地圖、範圍。

2.        組織提供保護及復育天然水道、水體、濱水帶及其連結通道的措施文件及具體實例。

3.        現地訪查,不要有破壞天然水道、水體、濱水帶及其連結通道的事證。

4.        組織訪談的人員類型:組織業辦人員及社區成員等。

二、其他因素:

1.       組織應根據監測結果,調適保護或復育措施; 由社區及專家參與,共同制定和實施保護或復育計畫。

Regarding the FSC FM standards, its 10 principles and 70 guidelines are universal. Therefore, state, public and private forest operators, when applying for pre-review or annual review of FSC FM verification, can consider the preparation of the following data sources and other factors to prepare for verification. 

Criterion 6.7. The Organization shall protect or restore natural watercourses, water bodies, riparian zones and their connectivity. The Organization shall avoid negative impacts on water quality and quantity and mitigate and remedy those that occur. 

Preparation of possible data sources:

1. Organization provides relevant documents, such as: demarcation of water catchment areas, security forests, water source protection zones, maps, and scope.

2. Organization provides    documents and specific examples on measures to protect and restore natural waterways, water bodies, waterfront zones and their connecting channels.

3. On-site inspections, there should be no evidence of damage to natural waterways, water bodies, waterfront zones and their connecting channels.

4. Types of people to organize interviews: organization office personnel and community members, etc.

 Other factors:

The organization should adjust protection or restoration measures based on monitoring results; involve communities and experts to jointly formulate and implement protection or restoration plans.
