detailed records of the use of all pesticides, which can improve the
transparency of forest management activities and can be used as a basis for
tracing the use of pesticides. Therefore, the organization should prepare the
following information:

Recording the type,
quantity, application time, place, application method, application personnel
and other information of all pesticides used.
2.
Keeping a Safety Data Sheet
(SDS) for pesticide use provided by the pesticide manufacturer or supplier.
3.
Recording the storage
location and storage method of pesticides to ensure the safety of pesticides.
4. If there is a recall or disposal of pesticides, there should be relevant records.
