2.        Establish a mechanism for periodic review of documents to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of their contents.

3.        For frequently updated files, establish a version control mechanism to facilitate the traceability of modification history.

4.        Ensure that all relevant personnel have access to the most up-to-date documents.
