1.        Organizations assess the risk of illegal activities, including: identifying possible illegal logging, illegal land use, illegal fires initiated, and other illegal activities.

2.        The organization provides preventive measures, such as patrolling, establishing a surveillance system, working with local communities, or cooperating with law enforcement.

3.        Keep all records related to illegal activity prevention and response, such as patrol records, surveillance data, emergency drill records, etc.
