6.2.2 Management plans shall take into account the different uses or functions of the managed forest area.

6.2.2經營計畫應考慮受管理森林區域的不同用途或功能。

可能資料的整備：

1.     根據用途劃分：可以將森林區劃成不同的功能區，例如:天然林、人工林、生態保護區等。在台灣國有林區的經營是區劃為林木經營區、森林育樂區、國土保安區、生態保護區等，其經營原則是以表列各林地分區之面積、比例，並以圖示呈現。制定差異化的經營措施。

2.     生態保護區： 對於生態保護區，管理措施應以保護生物多樣性、維護生態系統的穩定性為主要目標。林木經營區： 對於人工林，管理措施應以木材生產為主要目標，同時兼顧生態保護。其他功能區： 對於其他功能區，例如:保安林(水源涵養區等)、遊樂區等，應根據其特定的功能制定相應的管理措施。

PEFC and FSC are the two biggest names in forest certification. So, what's the difference between these two systems? Are they asking forest managers to do completely different things to get certified? Let's dive into PEFC and see what it takes to get certified:

6.2.2 Management plans shall take into account the different uses or functions of the managed forest area.

Preparation of possible information:

1.     According to the use: the forest area can be divided into different functional areas, such as: natural forests, plantations, ecological conservation area, etc. In Taiwan, the management of state-owned forest areas is divided into forest management areas, forest recreation areas, land security areas, ecological protection areas, etc., and its management principles are based on the area and proportion of each forest land zone, which are presented by charts and established differentiated management measures.

2.             Ecological conservation area: management measures should be aimed at protecting biodiversity and maintaining the stability of ecosystems. For plantation forests, management measures should focus on timber production while taking into account ecological protection. Other functional areas, such as protected forests (water conservation areas, land-slide prevention area, etc.), recreation areas, etc., corresponding management measures should be formulated according to their specific functions.
