Preparation of possible information:
The environment in which the
forest operations of the organization shall be safe and avoid risk factors, and
guidance and training on safe working practices should be provided to all those
involved in the forest operations. Working hours and holidays shall be in
accordance with national laws or applicable collective agreements.
Therefore, the organization should prepare the following information:
1.
Conduct a safety
assessment of the workplace, identify potential risk factors, including
machinery and equipment safety, chemical safety, environmental safety (e.g.,
noise, vibration, climate, dormitory conditions), etc., and take corresponding
preventive measures.
2.
Provide records of
safety training for employees, including: on-the-job safety education and
training for new employees, regular safety training, and special operation
safety training.
3. Provide labor contracts that ensure compliance with national labor regulations.
4. Provide records that demonstrate compliance with statutory employees, workers' working hours, and rest periods.
